HOW TO BUY

On the day of the performance, tickets can be collected or purchased at the box office starting two hours before the beginning of the performance.

Our website also provides information about ticket prices and subscriptions.

Registration or login is required before each purchase; tickets are issued in the name of the buyer.

Tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged and are valid only for the date and time indicated on them, so it is recommended to check that this information is correct at the time of purchase.

Tickets must be presented intact and in their original form; they are valid for one entry only and cannot be reused once validated upon first access.

Refunds will be processed only in the event of a date change or cancellation of the performance.

Additional Purchase Instructions

The State Opera – Stara Zagora is not responsible for the characteristics, quality, or price of tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels.

If it is found that a ticket or subscription has been purchased through unofficial channels or unauthorized parties, or that the ticket or subscription has been duplicated or obtained in violation of these Rules, access to the theatre will be denied.

Tickets for performances of the State Opera – Stara Zagora may not be used for commercial, advertising, or other promotional purposes (e.g., as prizes in competitions), unless prior written permission has been granted by the State Opera – Stara Zagora.
