1 July to 3 September 2020 Stara Zagora State Opera organizes a summer program at the Antique Forum "Augusta Traiana", which it calls "Fresh Air for Art".
In addition to the festive concert dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Opera, it also includes 3 chamber opera titles, 3 ballet evenings, the premiere of the opera "Attila", an oratorio conducted by Metropolitan Kyprian of Stara Zagora and more musical events.
"In the months when we had to cease our activities, we gathered energy and enthusiasm to give out of them again to our audience. Gradually we are setting our usual course and hope to quickly reach the hearts of our audience, but also to win new friends," reads the invitation that the State Opera-Stara Zagora sent to clubs and NGOs in the city.
The invitation is for the attractive "Chamber Soiree" called "Together Again" is scheduled for July 8 at 9 pm at the Antique Forum "Augusta Traiana". In this special evening you will have the pleasure to enjoy the performances of four chamber ensembles from the State Opera-Stara Zagora Orchestra - Trio Arte+, Trio Reverance, Ars Nova Chamber Formation and the Augusta Traiana Brass Quartet. The programme includes a selection of well-known classical works, orchestrations of jazz, evergreen, pop, film music, etc.
Since 2010, the Reverence Trio, composed of Krasimira Georgieva - violin, Tsvetomira Dineva - flute and Pavlina Dimitrova - cello, have been together as a creative formation. They take part in the Opera's projects for the youngest audience - "Do Re Me in Diapers" and "Musichko", in concerts and various events.
Chamber formation "Ars Nova" includes Konstantin Kosev - violin, Paulina Zakharieva /concertmaster of the Opera/ - violin, Julia Kirova - viola and Ana Mikhailova - cello.
Milena Dimova - violin, Keiko Tanaka - flute and Manuela Manolova - piano.
The youngest formation of the orchestra - Brass Quartet "Augusta Trajana" are from this year and the musicians are.
Together the four formations performed on the stage of the Ethnographic Complex "Damascena" on June 6 this year in the program of the Rose Days in the complex.
On 8 July the Opera invites its friends - the people on whose support it relies - to this boutique concert with catering and fine wine.
