Carlo Coldoni's immortal tale has captured the imagination of children all over the world, as well as illustrators, authors of films, theatre and musical productions. State Opera Stara Zagora's production is an original interpretation by director, artist and performer Denis Ivanov. A huge book opens up to present an ancient, fairy-tale world that today's children do not even suspect exists. Along with this, the characters' behaviors and lines come to life with the way modern young and old express themselves.
