VESSELINA KATSAROVA is already in Sofia! The opera prima was welcomed at Sofia airport by the director of the Stara Zagora Opera Ognyan Draganov and the chief conductor Ivaylo Krintsev. Already at the airport Vesselina Katsarova gave her first interview to Miglena Stoycheva and cameraman Nedyalko Danov for BNT's "Around the World and at Home", and on 21 November, at 12.30 in the Press Club of BTA - Sofia she will participate in her first press conference as the artistic director of the Stara Zagora Opera!

Vesselina Katsarova will participate in the 47th edition of the Festival of Opera and Ballet Art in Stara Zagora in a concert that will take place on 3 December and is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the great Bulgarian composer Krassimir Kurkchiyski. The opera prima will perform several selected songs from her album "Bulgarian Soul Kyurkchiyski" released abroad and which brought the singer many awards, including "Singer of the Year". The concert will feature the women's choir of the State Folklore Ensemble "Philip Kutev", soloists and orchestra of the State Opera-Stara Zagora, conductor Georgi Andreev.
