Our message on the occasion of the birthday of the artistic director of the State Opera Stara Zagora Veselina Katsarova:
Dear Vesi,
In "Song of the Good People" Bertold Brecht writes:

"...They make better the one who looks at them
And whom they look at. They help us
Not by making it easier for us to get
With food or clarity, but by knowing,
That they exist and change the world."

Thank you for existing and changing our world! With your energy, enthusiasm, and great love for your hometown, you are among us to keep Opera Stara Zagora moving wingedly forward!

We all heartily congratulate you on your Birthday and wish you good health, personal happiness, great success on stage and new, unforgettable encounters in Stara Zagora!

Be to us always so vital, purposeful, passionate - because you are a Man who changes the world in the name of beauty, art and harmony!

Ognyan Draganov
Director of the DO-St. Zagora
